The Institute for Humanities Research is proud to announce Surya Parekh and Edward “Noel” Smyth, IV as the winners of the Lisa and Ernest Auerbach graduate fellowships.
Surya Parekh
Surya Parekh is in the History of Consciousness program and has completed six years. Mr. Parekh’s project is on race and sexuality in the works of the German philosophers Immanuel Kant and GWF Hegel. As part of this ongoing project, he will conduct archival research in Germany this summer.
